Where we carry out research on behalf of a client, the client is typically responsible for the data as controller, and AptZion processes it on their instructions under a data processing agreement.

- Panel account data is kept for the duration of your active membership, plus 7 years after account closure for legal and financial audit purposes.
- Survey response data is kept for 7 years from the date of the project, then anonymised or deleted per client agreement.
- Payment and incentive records are kept for 7 years following the end of the financial year in which the payment was processed.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies (Google Analytics) to operate core functionality, understand how visitors use our site, and remember your preferences. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent; analytics and preference cookies do. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our cookie banner or your browser settings.
